Fredonia’s Hill top, or West Main Hill Top is the furthest neighborhood from the SUNY Fredonia Campus, for off-campus student living. This area of Fredonia is mainly owner occupied single family residences, with small pockets of rentals that come and go as properties change hands. This neighborhood is more geared towards a family lifestyle, and may offer benefits to young families going back to school. The overall feel of this part of town is more rural, you will see city limit signs, and also lower rents.

This area is typically more quite then the rest. There are no frats or club affiliated houses in this area of town. If you have a car or bike and you’re looking to save a few dollars each month on your student housing in Fredonia, look in the Hilltop area. You may find garage apartments at a discount price!
